For You

Self-awareness in service of collective well-being

My 1:1 work begins with you, but its impact ripples outward—into your relationships, your community, and the systems you’re part of. It’s designed for individuals who’ve been circling the same loops: gaining insight but not breaking through. Something isn’t working—personally, creatively, or professionally—and you’re ready to meet it differently. This work slows you down enough to notice what’s underneath—listening for what’s unsaid, naming the roots of your patterns, and moving from there.

My approach blends reflection, purpose, and practical structure, helping you trust your discernment, identify what matters, and move with intention. Along the way, you’ll be asked to widen your frame of reference—beyond the defaults handed down by dominant culture. This means recognizing other ways of living and relating, and beginning to integrate them into how you move forward, in ways that expand what’s possible for you. The goal isn’t self-focus, it’s self-awareness in service of collective well-being—shifts that reach into your relationships, family, work, and the culture you move within.

I loved the content of Alyza's thoughtful prompts and reflection questions!

Alyza’s approach helped me reach a depth I hadn’t accessed before. Her questions land in places that make me pause, reflect, and see what’s really going on—and the prompts and recaps turn those insights into daily practice.

[1:1 work with Alyza]

I had felt stuck for a long time, circling the same challenges without much movement. Alyza’s approach to conversation and reflection has helped me reach a depth I hadn’t been able to access before. Her questions don’t feel clinical or scripted; they land in places that make me pause, reflect, and figure out what’s really going on. At first, I thought my challenges were just about confidence, but with her support I’ve started to see them more as questions of sense of self—and that distinction has been huge." "What feels unique is the mix of reflection and tactical follow-up. The recaps and prompts slow the process down in a good way, so I don’t skip past what’s surfaced. I feel fully supported: never judged and always safe to share. This work is helping me name what’s true, practice it in my daily life, and finally start creating the shifts I’ve been wanting for a long time.

People describe this work as
    • It feels like an honest, open conversation. I feel like you’re really in it with me, not standing above it or pretending to have all the answers.

    • I’ve never felt judged, always very safe to share transparently.

    • Honest. Unpacking. Slow in the best way. Being met instead of managed.

    • The recaps slow the process down in a good way and help me sit with what’s surfaced, instead of skipping past it.

Here’s how it works
  • Discovery Session: We begin with a 60–90 minute session to map what’s happening—the loops you’ve been circling, what’s emerging, and the systems you’re operating within.

Five Weekly Sessions: From there, we meet for five additional 45-minute sessions, held weekly over the next five weeks.

Custom Written Recaps: After each session, you’ll receive a tailored written recap that captures patterns, highlights what needs your attention, offers prompts, and helps you keep momentum.

Midpoint Check-In: After Session 3, you’ll complete a check-in form—an opportunity to name what’s shifted, what still feels stuck, and where you want to focus for the second half. We’ll use this to adjust course if needed.

Your Role: This only works if you’re in it. I show up fully, and you do too. The real shift happens between sessions—through what lands, what repeats, and what you start to do differently.

Clients say the follow-up emails feel like:

    • “A reference book that guides me through the decisions I’m facing in the week”
    • “Like you wrote it just for me—and I needed every sentence.”
    • “A weekly grounding. I reread them all the time.”
    • “Your questions open things up instead of closing them down.”
    • “More useful than any coaching or therapy recap I’ve ever had. They help me actually do something with what I’m learning

Investment
  • $1500

I utilize an equity-based sliding scale* using the above rate as a starting point. During the initial consultation, we will reference the lists below to collaboratively determine your session rate.

    • Travel recreationally, dine out regularly, or have substantial discretionary spending.
    • Hold investments, savings, or retirement accounts
