Clients have come to Foundations for:
- A creative feeling disconnected from her friendships and unsure of her voice. Together, we named the small, clear shifts that brought her closer to herself and built space for reflection outside comparison.
- A soon-to-be empty nester unsure who she was beyond caregiving roles. She came in feeling disconnected from her emotions, relying on control and logic to stay afloat. Together, we used writing as a way back to feeling that helped her reconnect with herself and lay the foundation for a long-term creative goal.
- The eldest daughter of a family with multigenerational trauma, carrying resentment she couldn’t shake, even after years of therapy. Together, we uncover that it wasn’t about what others hadn’t given her, but what she hadn’t given herself: full recognition of her own experience. That shift changed how she moved through her family and her work, making more room for lightness and play.
Clients describe this work as:
“Being met instead of managed.”
“Slow in the best way.”
“Giving shape to what I hadn’t been able to name.”
Here’s how it works: We start with a single 60-minute session to get grounded. Afterward, I’ll send a custom-written recap—capturing what’s landed, what’s emerging, and what needs your attention next. The follow-up connects the dots, offers prompts, and gets you moving.
$250 for the session + recap.
For some, this is enough, for others, this is a starting point that we evolve from. What has this looked like?
- Single sessions scheduled as needed
- Five 45–60 minute weekly sessions
- Three months of bi-weekly sessions
Either we build something custom for you, or follow a path that’s worked well for past clients:
- Five 45–60 minute weekly sessions + personalized emails
- After session 3, you’ll receive a written check-in form, an opportunity to name what’s shifted, what still feels stuck, and where you want to focus for the second half. We’ll use it to adjust course if needed.
This only works if you’re in it. I show up fully, and you do too. The real shift happens between sessions: what hits, what repeats, what you start to do differently.
Clients say the follow-up emails feel like:
- “A reference book that guides me through the decisions I’m facing in the week”
- “Like you wrote it just for me—and I needed every sentence.”
- “A weekly grounding. I reread them all the time.”
- “They slow the process down in a good way—helping me sit with what’s surfaced instead of skipping past it.”
- “Your questions open things up instead of closing them down.”
- “More useful than any coaching or therapy recap I’ve ever had. They help me actually do something with what I’m learning.”
